Bureau of Land Management
The seasonal closure standardized dataset is intended to help answer questions about seasonal closure locations on public lands. These areas are usually closed by locked gates for a period of time to reduce disturbance to wintering wildlife during the most stressful time of the year.
Development of this standardized dataset also serves to improve the sharing, maintenance, and analysis of statewide data.
