The Washington State Office of Financial Management provided FIPS codes for cities incorporated after the National Institute of Standards and Technology's FIPS code publication date. GNIS (Geographic Name Information System) codes provided by the Washington State Department of Revenue have been included for this quarter. For this particular update, all annexations approved by Office of Financial Management for Second Quarter of 2019 are included.",
