AP_PROJECT_POLY:
Data consisting of polygons representing the spatial footprints of full aerial photography projects.
This data is used for describing and locating remotely sensed data from imagery and elevation acquisition projects. Layer files are used to simplify searches by such means as lumping photography by decades or separating projects with large footprints.

Unknown.
Based on an estimate of the amount of error expected in eyeballing and digitizing.
Flight lines of individual projects were buffered by half the photo footprint distance and merged. Individual project shapefiles were appended to a new geodatabase feature class.
