Abstract:  This polyline feature class represents the arc features that will define the BLM National Conservation Lands (NCL) Wilderness Study Area polygons. Their attributes serve to store feature level metadata information for the polygon boundaries, as well as document the origin and characteristics of each arc. WSAs edited pursuant to: S. 47: John D. Dingell, Jr. Conservation, Management, and Recreation Act Public Law 116-9, March 12, 2019 Data within these services are a live copy of BLM Utah's enterprise production environment. Quality control is conducted annually.

Purpose: These arc features and their attribution are associated with the boundaries of the BLM National Conservation Lands (NCL) Wilderness Study Area polygons. They are purposed to establish a lineage of these polygons for future reference, as their boundaries may change over time.
