Using the implementation guidelines, GIS staff at BLM Wyoming State Office cross-walk and clean up their data to comply with the standardized national dataset. Then, the BLM field and/or state offices submit the data to the National Operations Center (NOC), where it is compiled to produce seamless national datasets.
