General Business Rule: A "Not-Assessed-Trail" is correctly classified if; the linear feature looks or functions as a trail but has no associated planning decision; or is actively managed for public access; has a record in the Facility Asset Management System (FAMS), or is published in maps or brochures to promote public use, or any combination of the above. These data are provided by Bureau of Land Management (BLM) "as is" and may contain errors or omissions.
