Service Description: This theme contains polygons of the dissolved fluid mineral lease stipulations by alternative in the decision area for the BLM Colorado Big Game Corridor Resource Management Plan Amendment and Environmental Impact Statement. The resource use determination codes are as follows. Open Standard is Open To Leasing Standard Lease Stipulations. Open CSU is Open To Leasing Moderate Stipulations (Controlled Surface Use). Open TSL is Open To Leasing Moderate Stipulations (Timing Seasonal Limitation). Open CSU-TSL is Open To Leasing Moderate Stipulations (Controlled Surface Use/Timing Seasonal Limitation). Open Other is Open To Leasing - Moderate Stipulations (Other). Open NSO is Open To Leasing - Major Stipulations (No Surface Occupancy). Closed is Closed To Leasing by Discretionary or Non-Discretionary Decisions. Fields attributed as 999 or NULL indicate features not applicable to the alternative. The stipulations were dissolved to remove overlapping stipulations areas within an alternative. This layer is appropriate for spatial calculations and mapping.
