The resource use determination codes are as follows. Open Standard is Open To Leasing Standard Lease Stipulations. Open CSU is Open To Leasing Moderate Stipulations (Controlled Surface Use). Open TSL is Open To Leasing Moderate Stipulations (Timing Seasonal Limitation). Open CSU-TSL is Open To Leasing Moderate Stipulations (Controlled Surface Use/Timing Seasonal Limitation). Open Other is Open To Leasing - Moderate Stipulations (Other). Open NSO is Open To Leasing - Major Stipulations (No Surface Occupancy).
