This data layer will spatially delineate Fire Management Plans. This data layer will result in clearer definitions, purpose, and coordination with other programs and applications and improvements in effective and accurate decision making for the wildland fire program. It will also provide State Directors, District and Field management an efficient way to assess how current the FMPs are within their jurisdiction which is a performance requirement of their position.
