Subject: To identify the Wilderness Study Areas for Idaho BLM. This feature class is a historical WSA dataset to show how BLM WSAs in Idaho were at the end of 2008. Note: on March 30, 2009 President Obama signed the 2009 Omnibus Public Land Management Bill, which created six new BLM wilderness in Owyhee County and also released many WSAs from WSA status. Please see the current (non-historical) WSA GIS feature class for the current BLM WSA situation in Idaho.
