Service Description: This Service represents the boundaries for BLM Lands Potentially Available for Disposal (LPAD) Dataset polygons. The Federal Land Transaction Facilitation Act (FLTFA), re-authorized in 2018, requires the BLM through the Department of the Interior (DOI) to maintain a dataset of lands currently identified as available for potential disposal.
