Service Description: This service represents BLM New Mexico grazing allotments and pastures and is used primarily for web map use in ArcGIS Online for Organization.
An allotment is an area of land designated and managed for grazing of livestock. A grazing pasture is a subset area of an allotment. They may include private, state, and public lands under the jurisdiction of the Bureau of Land Management and/or other federal agencies.
Also included are BLM New Mexico grazing allotments that have had a Coordinated Resource Management Plan (CRMP) completed. This service is a working list and does not currently contain all completed CRMPs for the state.
