Service Description: GMUs are based on New Mexico Department of Game and Fish Big Game Management Units and Game Management Sub-units as described in Title 19 Chapter 30 Part 4 of The New Mexico Administrative Code. NMDGF provides these geographic data "as is" and makes no guarantee or warranty concerning the accuracy of information contained in the geographic data. NMDGF further makes no warranties, either expressed or implied as to any other matter whatsoever, including, without limitation, the condition of the product, or its fitness for any particular purpose. The burden for determining fitness for use lies entirely with the user.
