The BLM OR WA State Boundaries Map Service represents the jurisdictional State Boundaries for Oregon and Washington. The Onshore State/International Boundary layer depicts the international boundary with Canada and the onshore boundaries of Oregon and Washington. The Offshore International Boundary and the Offshore State Boundary layers depict the official boundaries extending to the 3 mile limit (the offshore portions of the United States defined as being one marine league at sea opposite the line of the coast).

The BLM OR WA State Boundaries Map Service is created from state_county_boundary.gdb\cob_arc and state_poly. This map service has one scale dependency. Labels for the Oregon and Washington polygons display at a scale in beyond 1:10,000,001.
