Service Description: The BLM OR Land Use Planning Historic Map Service represents the BLM’s historic Land Use Plan (LUP) and LUP features within Oregon and Washington. The Land Use Planning Historic Map Service contains LUPs that have been superseded by newer LUPs or features of active LUPs that have since been replaced in LUP_CRNT through maintenance to more accurate features. There may be multiple, overlapping historic LUPs in any particular area. For a complete description of the data, consult the Plan Area Boundary Spatial Data Standard at: https://www.blm.gov/about/data/oregon-data-management.
The BLM OR Land Use Planning Historic Map Service is created from plan_area_boundary.gdb\lup_hist_poly. This map service has one scale dependency. Labels for the BLM OR Land Use Planning Historic layer display in beyond 1:3,000,001.
