Service Description: The layers within this feature service represent the spatial extent and boundaries of OHV (Off-Highway Vehicle) use on BLM lands in Utah. These designations are described in terms of Code of Federal Regulation (CFR) 8342 (http://cfr.vlex.com/vid/1-designation-criteria-19828841) as Open, Limited, or Closed and any special restrictions (designated routes only, seasonal use only). The designations are determined through the Land Use Planning process (Resource Management Plan (RMP)). Data within these services are a live copy of BLM Utah's enterprise production environment. Quality control is conducted annually.
